The system allows the coffee to brew at exactly the right temperature (slightly higher than your regular electric filter machine: you can taste it!) .
The basis for this is the innovative use of the thrust of overpressure through heating followed by underpressure through cooling.
First, the hot water rises from the lower bulb to the upper bulb (funnel) containing the ground coffee. The infusion is then sucked back into the lower bulb by the vacuum, and the coffee grounds remain in the funnel.
The result is a perfect extract of all pleasant flavour components, without bitterness or sediment.
Only glass parts come into contact with the liquid; therefore, they can be used to make tea or other extracts just as well, without any annoying transfer of flavours.
